How to File Registration Statement for Returning Lobbyists
This guide contains step-by-step instructions illustrating how to file a registration statement for returning lobbyists.
Steps
First login into your NetFile account.
If you do not remember the last e-mail address associated with your account visit: Lobbyist Directory Adjust the page to reflect the last year you were a registered lobbyist, the e-mail is under you.
If you no longer have access to the previous e-mail address, submit a ticket to Ethics Support portal to have the account linked to an e-mail address, you control.
Update all changed information in the Manage Registration
Client List
Department list
Update Firm Information
Contact Lobbyist Information
After the information has all been updated, hover over the Statements tab and select Registration Statement.
Click Create Draft
Navigate to the Home Page.
View the Newly Created Draft and E-file the Statement under the Draft Statements section.
Pay the $500 Registration Fee here: Fees, Penalties, & Settlements | Ethics Commission | City and County of San Francisco.
