How to link gift data in departmental websites

  1. Open the full dataset on DataSF

  2. Click on Action > Query data

  3. In the Filters section, select a column to filter > select DepartmentNameLookup

  4. In the search box, search for your department name or three-letter code and select it.

  5. Apply the selected department name filter to get the list of gifts for your department.

  6. Copy the page URL from your browser’s search bar.

  7. Paste this URL on your department’s gift disclosure page.
